Return Eligibility

To maintain our standard of premium quality, we adhere to a strict evaluation process for all returned merchandise. A product is eligible for return within 48 hours of purchase under the following mandatory conditions:

  • The product must be entirely unused and in its original, factory condition.
  • All original tags, protective films, and brand packaging must remain fully intact and unremoved.
  • The product must show absolute zero signs of physical damage or improper handling by the client.

Important: If a product is determined to have been used, or if the security tags have been removed, the item will immediately be deemed ineligible for a return or refund.

Electronics & Brand Warranty

7-Day Replacement

All electronics purchases are covered by a mandatory 7-day replacement warranty in the event of an inherent manufacturer defect.

Extended Brand Warranty

Hardware and electronics carry an official brand warranty. Durations vary (typically 1 year, subject to the manufacturer's individual policies).

Dispatch to Headquarters

Send the verified package to our central processing facility:

Refund Processing

Upon arrival at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. If the return clears the eligibility requirements, a refund will be authorized. Funds will be returned directly to the original payment method utilized during checkout. Processing timelines are strictly governed by your respective bank or financial institution.
